About Junk Snap Removal
A small, family-run junk-removal crew working out of Sterling, VA. We started Junk Snap because the neighborhood needed a hauler that shows up on time, moves things without denting the walls, and doesn't pretend a single-couch pickup is a whole-day job.
Our story
Junk Snap started the same way most of our customers' jobs start: someone with a basement full of stuff that should have left a decade ago, and nobody around who could actually lift it. We saw a gap between the national chains that treat every pickup like a subscription upsell and the one-guy-with-a-truck operations that sometimes don't show up. So we put together a small, properly-insured, properly-trained crew and set up shop in Sterling where we grew up.
We run two trucks out of our Sterling yard — one full-size for whole-house and commercial loads, one medium-bed for the narrower private lanes of Great Falls and historic downtown Leesburg. We've hauled for neighbors who remembered us from the high-school yearbook and for property managers who had us COI'd within an hour of a first call. Both matter.
Everything we can recycle or donate, we do — the unusable remainder goes to licensed transfer stations. We keep our rates competitive because we keep overhead low: no call-center, no franchise fees, no sponsored truck wrap we couldn't afford before we earned the work.

Crew and fleet
Two-person crews on every job. Background-checked, uniformed, carrying the right tools (dollies, straps, blanket wraps, disconnect kits) for whatever's on the pickup list. Trucks are fueled up and stocked by 7 AM Mon–Sat; Sundays we close so everyone gets a day off.
For commercial tenants and property managers, we carry general liability + auto coverage and issue COIs to your additional-insured list on request. Background-check records are available for enterprise clients with stricter onboarding.
