2. Information we collect
- Booking information. Name, email, phone, pickup address, service details, photos you choose to upload. We collect this when you submit a booking or contact form.
- Communication records. Email and SMS confirmations, reminders, and your replies.
- Analytics. With your consent, we may collect pageview, referrer, and device info through Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, or similar services. We default analytics consent to denied under Google Consent Mode v2 — nothing loads until you opt in via the banner.
- Required legal. Tax records for completed jobs as required by federal and state law.
3. How we use it
To schedule and complete your pickup, send confirmations and reminders, process payment, respond to questions, prevent fraud, keep tax records, and — when you've given consent — improve the site via analytics.
4. Who we share it with
Service providers that help us operate — email delivery (Resend or similar), SMS delivery (Twilio), payment processing, map providers, and hosting. We don't sell your personal information. We only share what each service needs to do its job.
5. How long we keep it
Booking records for 7 years to satisfy tax law. Contact-form submissions for 2 years. Marketing consents until you withdraw them. You can request deletion at any time (see §7).
6. How we protect it
HTTPS across the whole site. Access to booking data is role-restricted and logged. We don't store payment card numbers on our servers — they're handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing info@junksnapremoval.com. We'll respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under CPRA; EU / UK residents under GDPR.
8. Children
Our services are not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes to this policy
We'll update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, post a notice on the home page.
