Do you take mattresses with stains?

Yes, normal wear-and-tear stains are fine — we recycle or dispose of the mattress properly. Bed-bug-infested mattresses we can't take; those need a specialty disposal service.

Can you handle a couch that won't fit through my door?

Usually yes. Our crews bring straps and can sometimes pivot it through tight doorways; if disassembly is needed and the couch allows it, we can cut it down inside the house. We'll walk through options during the on-site quote.

Do you haul away box springs too?

Yes, box springs come with mattresses as a standard combo — same pickup, same pricing logic.

What if my dresser has broken drawers or missing pieces?
