1. Agreement
By booking Junk Snap Removal (“Junk Snap,” “we,” “us”) or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Service area & booking
We serve the ZIP codes listed on our Locations page. Bookings are confirmed by SMS and/or email. Time windows are 2-hour slots; we'll call 15–30 minutes before arrival.
3. Pricing & payment
Pricing is volume-based and confirmed on-site before any work begins. The on-site quote is firm unless you add items mid-load. Payment is due upon completion. We accept card, ACH, and check from established commercial accounts.
4. Cancellations & rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your window at no charge. Inside 2 hours, a trip-charge may apply if we've already dispatched. Same-day reschedules are usually free when we have open windows.
5. What we take & don't take
We haul most household, office, and construction debris. We cannot take hazardous materials, asbestos, medical waste, ammunition, live animals, or bed-bug-infested items. See the FAQ or individual service pages for the current lists. We reserve the right to decline an item on-site if it presents a safety risk.
6. Property & liability
Junk Snap carries general liability and auto insurance. We take care around floors, walls, and doorframes — but the home/property owner is responsible for ensuring pathways are clear and safe. For items in unusual locations (attic, crawlspace, roof), we reserve the right to decline or re-quote on-site based on access safety.
7. Items of value
It's your responsibility to remove items you want to keep before our crew arrives. Once an item leaves your property in our truck, we can usually retrieve it within 24 hours from our intake facility — call us immediately if you realize an item shouldn't have left.
8. Limitation of liability
Junk Snap's total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We're not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes go to courts in Loudoun County, Virginia.
10. Changes
We may update these terms — we'll change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the current terms.
