Driver / Crew Lead
Lead a two-person crew through a day of pickups across our 19-ZIP service area. Set the schedule pace, handle the on-site customer walk-through, load safely, and get the load to intake by end of day.
What we look for:
- Clean driver's license (commercial not required for our truck sizes)
- Comfortable reading a quote, walking a customer through one, and standing by it
- Can lift 50 lbs comfortably; team-lift larger items
- Shows up on time, every time
- Treats customers' homes like theirs
Full-time / Part-time · Sterling, VA
Crew Member
Join a crew lead on pickups. Load items carefully, protect floors and walls, sort at intake, and keep the truck clean between jobs.
What we look for:
- Can lift 50 lbs; team-lift for heavier furniture
- Careful around walls, floors, doorframes — we pride ourselves on zero-damage jobs
- No experience required; paid training provided
- Reliable transportation to the Sterling yard
